About the event
The South Loop Neighbors will be coordinating a meeting for the community to hear about two proposed projects being proposed. This will be an opportunity for interested community members to hear about the proposed projects as well as ask questions regarding them. Doors open at 6 pm, presentations start at 6:30 PM.

Details: Property owner is asking for a zoning change in order to convert a commercial space to a residential property. The height and façade of the building would not change, but 68 units (14 mandated as affordable) would replace three stories of commercial space under the proposal. The commercial space has been empty the past 4 years according to the owners.
